Dr. Fasanya is the Founder and CEO of Dr. Breathe Easy Capital, focusing on increasing financial literacy among physicians and promoting financial independence through investing.

Richard Scott
Business Analyst and Investor Relations Officer
Richard is the Business Analyst and Investor Relations Officer for Dr. Breathe Easy Capital.
Richard's passion for finding business and real estate opportunities allows him to use his strengths as an innovator and strategic Investor Relations Officer. He focuses on using a practical approach to create passive income for our investors through business and real estate investments.
Richard has started multiple successful businesses, including a preventive telehealth company and a high-complexity lab. Additionally, he has acquired multiple others.Richard started with his 1st single family in 2019 and has since grown his portfolio.
Richard and Wife, Morgan, have three kids. He enjoys coaching soccer and traveling. Returning to his home country of Jamaica to connect with his roots and give back through the families' non-profit organization, BMP Momentum, are ways Richard continues to find meaning and motivation in life.
Richard is also a member of Vistage Worldwide, where he advises other entrepreneurs on business strategies and operations.”
Joshua Harmon
Acquisition Manager
Joshua was originally born and raised in Richmond, Virginia and has been living in Fort Smith, Arkansas since 2013.
After a 4 year college basketball career and graduating from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith, Joshua’s interest in Real Estate was at an all time high. In 2017, he obtained his Real Estate license with the goal of earning enough capital to invest in income producing multifamily properties.
After 2 years of being a Top Sales Producer in the Western Arkansas Board of Realtors and doubling his sales in 2017-2018 and 2018-2019, he founded Harmon Real Estate Company.
Since it’s inception in November 2019, Joshua has sold over 1,500 units and $40M+ in sales volume consisting of multifamily, self storage, and single family assets. Joshua is known for his ability to find off market opportunities and creating business plans that ensure the assets and his investors are profitable. In 2020, Joshua was named the #1 Individual Realtor in the Western Arkansas Board of Realtors with over $20M in sales volume while also earning Double Diamond honors. He was also featured in an article in the August 2020 edition of Do South Magazine titled, “Home Court Advantage.”
Today, he is shifting some of his focus to help passive investors and his family create generational wealth through cash flowing assets in the South and Southeast.
Olusayo Fasanya
Graphic Designer
Sayo is based in Toronto and is currently studying graphic design at York University. With a keen interest in graphic and UI design, she brings creativity and attention to detail to every project. Olusayo is dedicated to exploring the intersection of art and communication, applying innovative techniques to solve design challenges. As she progresses in her studies, Olusayo continues to refine her craft, with a focus on creating impactful and engaging visual experiences.
